Product description:
The Hormann VL1-LE sensor system is a 1-beam travelling photo eyes and is used to protect compatible industrial sectional doors. The single-beam photo eye is guided in front of the lower edge of the door by the supplied mechanism and if the light beam is interrupted by an obstacle, the door is stopped and reversed. The ‘LE’ system (grey connection cable with yellow/blue system plug) replaces the old VL1 systems without ‘LE’ (black connection cable with transparent system plug).

LE transmitter: blue system plug
LE receiver: yellow system plug
The sensor type ‘LE’ with blue/yellow system plug is not compatible with transmitters or receivers of the older sensor type without ‘LE’ with transparent system plug. We recommend replacing the complete VL1 system with the new LE version.
